Merranti were requested to assist with a revised marketing strategy for the sale of a number of London apartments. The existing site had failed to sell and the remaining marketing budget was significantly reduced.
We created a basic sale programme that relied on keen pricing to achieve quick sales from cash buyers; we priced the units to give a good rental calculation for the rental market and arranged for financial products to enable people to buy. The marketing campaign was based on buying short notice space enabling us to have a longer campaign for less money.
This worked and we achieved 5 price increases over 3 months, increasing GDV by over £1.5 Million by the final sale. With Merranti providing commercial expertise and marketing management, we acted for the client as a fixed fee on sales with an open book on marketing costs so the client could benefit from our buying ability.
