With the potential loss of two clients which made up of over 50% of the total income and 30% of gross profit we were instructed to create a marketing campaign which located clients that fitted the profile of maximum profit. At the same time we then looked at how the new clients would be dealt with from the initial call right through to the success of the sale. We monitored and used tracking to improve the services throughout the company resulting in Solo taking maximum effect of the marketing campaign.
