We were asked to deal with the launch of a new London Headquarters where the issue was the number of attendees at the event and the size of the building footplates preventing it from being held on one floor of the 5-storey building.
We created a concept where the event was held on 4 floors with small elements of entertainment where it wasn’t expected. The entire night was a themed Theatre opening night.
In addition to this was the timing issue, the office was fully staffed at 2.00pm the day of the event. This building was then cleared and the event held that evening. By 9.00pm after the party, the office was cleared and cleaned and ready as if the event never happened. Mary Archer was in attendance and the industry was Property
